摘要: An improved magnetic densimeter utilizing optical sensing and solid state components is described. The system has been calibrated with sucrose solutions at 20°C demonstrating a sensitivity of 1 ppm precision 5 ppm. A density measurement can be made on 0.3 ml solution in 10 min. operation simple convenient for the routine determination partial specific volumes minor solution. accuracy verified by measuring volume ribonuclease 20°C. Excellent agreement previous measurements was obtained.
