摘要: Abstract Solus par aqua (SPA) is a traditional health care therapy. Warm SPA may enhance immunity and cellular defense to protect body against diseases. The present study investigated whether the warm could confer protection neurogenic inflammation in rats. rats were immersed water where core temperatures maintained at hyperthermia (41.5 °C) or normothermia (37 °C) for period of 15 min. After 1 6 days, was induced by intravenous injection capsaicin (90 μg/kg) substance P (SP; 3 μg/kg). plasma leakage arterial pressures after monitored. extent capsaicin- SP-induced hypotension significantly attenuated on day hyperthermia. However, such resistance not found 6 Western blotting analysis showed that expression heat shock protein 72 (HSP 72) trachea days 2 9.61-fold 6.66-fold, respectively, normothermia. Afterwards, hyperthermia-induced HSP upregulation gradually declined time-dependent manner. Thus, through modulation expression.
