摘要: The aim of this experiment was comparing antibiotic resistance profile between Salmonella spp. and Escherichia coli isolated from rectal swabs chicken conventional breeding. For the susceptibility testing disk diffusion method used. both tested bacteria were exposed against thirteen antibiotics: ampicillin, piperacillin, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, doripenem, meropenem, levofloxacin, ofloxacin, amikacin, gentamycin, tygecycline, tetracycline chloramphenicol. identification these strains, we used Chromogenic coliform agar, Triple sugar iron agar biochemical test (ENTEROtest 24). We identified by MicroSEQ ® Detection Kit for strain in Step ONE Real Time PCR. In study, determined that more resistant like . highest had isolates of to levofloxacin (100%) ofloxacin (100%). Also ampicillin about 83%. Only case piperacillin lower (50%) in (66.6%). strains 100 % sensitive gentamycin tygecycline. Antibiotic is a biological danger. Bacteria, which are considered reservoirs genes they facultative obligate pathogens. If pathogen cause diseases those difficult treat.
