摘要: Abstract Sustainable development requires implementing suitable policies integrating several competing objectives on economic, environmental, energy and social criteria. Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) using goal programming is a popular widely used technique to study decision problems in the face of multiple conflicting objectives. MCDA assists policy makers by providing clarity choosing between alternatives for strategic planning investments. In this paper, we propose weighted model that integrates efficient allocation resources simultaneously achieve sustainability related goals GDP growth, electricity consumption GHG emissions. We validate with application key economic sectors United Arab Emirates sustainable year 2030. The solution provides quantitative justification basis comparison future requirements an indispensable requirement include renewable sources satisfy long-term requirements.
