PLIF Thermometry Based on Measurements of Absolute Concentrations of the OH Radical

摘要: A method for measurements of planar temperature distributions based on laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF) the OH radiacal is described. The technique was developed specifically application in lean combustion systems, where equilibrium concentrations are largely independent equivalence ratio and a function only. It thus possible to derive information from absolute concentration, which can be obtained combined PLIF/absorption measurement. This paper discusses basics method, de-scribes validation experiments high pressure laminar premixed flames were performed asses its appli-cability accuracy. Therefore, we compared our LIF results with CARS same flames. Finally, an example gas turbine model combustor discussed.
