摘要: With the increasing use of coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) as a noninvasive tool to evaluate for artery disease, physicians who request, perform, or interpret these studies should be aware associated potential risks ionizing radiation. This article provides an overview radiation issues in CT, diagnostic-level radiation, and strategies that can adopted minimize exposure patients undergoing CCTA.
