摘要: Using electrophoretic mobility-shift assay (EMSA), we examined DNA-binding activity of cAMP response element (CRE), onto its responsive CRE, as well TPA (TRE) in the medial hypothalamus and striatum experimental rabbits administered with haloperidol under heat stress exposure studied effects dantrolene sodium to transcriptional factor. In EMSA nuclear extracts from rabbit brain, activities CRE TRE increased following stress. These increases were maintained by coadministration atropine. The treatment markedly reversed such increases. alterations these factors may reflect therapeutic effect sodium.
