摘要: The invention discloses an oil-resisting type silane cross-linked polyolefin cable material. A halogen-free and low-smoke insulating material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer EVA with VA content of 40 percent, metallocene catalyzed polyethylene LLDPE, EPPE, ethylene-octene POE, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, powdered magnesium hydroxide, lamellar aluminum poly-silazane resin, silicon dioxide aerogel, stearate, silicone oil, antioxidant, cage-likephosphate melamine salt, polyphenylene oxide, a coupling agent, lubricant 0.3 to 0.5 part rheological body; body poly-p-phenylene terephthamide white oil. According disclosed invention, adding amounts hydroxide are reduced,and flame-retarding efficiency hydroxides can be extremely improved; influences, caused fact that flame retardant added, on mechanical properties reduced; oil-resistingtype has good tensile strength 15MPa elongation at break.
