摘要: This book is primarily written for ecologists needing to analyse data resulting from field observations and experiments. It will be particularly useful students researchers dealing with complex ecological problems, such as the variation of biotic communities environmental conditions or response experimental manipulation. Following a simple introduction ordination methods, text focuses on constrained methods (RDA, CCA) use permutation tests statistical hypotheses multivariate data. An overview classification modern regression (GLM, GAM, loess), provided guidance correct interpretation diagrams given. Seven case studies varying difficulty help illustrate suggested analytical using Canoco Windows software. The utilise both descriptive manipulative approaches, they are supported by sets project files available website.
