摘要: Phylloid tumor, formerly called cystosarcoma phylloides, is a very unusual neoplasia. It accounts for <0.5 % of all breast neoplasms and approximately 2.5 fibro-epithelial tumors. Like fibroadenoma, it consists two tissue types, with the connective predominating. Genomic mutations seem to be involved in progression fibroadenoma phylloid tumor. There also high local recurrence rate, independent degree malignancy. Consequently, surgical therapy should always consist complete resection, tumor-free margins.
