摘要: Since many simulation and animation procedures for mimicry are based on averaged values do not take into account an individual’s situation, the goal of this study was to investigate intra- inter-individual variability conscious smiling. Twenty-three surface points were marked faces 31 adult test individuals. Six photographs each subject’s face then taken under standardized conditions, one with a neutral facial expression five while individual asked smile (conscious “on command“). After digital superposition images (neutral smiling) displacements measured every measurement point individual. All data underwent statistical evaluation after normalization in vertical horizontal directions. Evaluation carried out by analyzing corresponding coefficients variation formation confidence intervals (confidence level 95%). The repeated measurements upon smiling showed moderate intra-individual 10%. In contrast, relatively high. Here between 28% 60% depending localization measuring point. displacements’ absolute magnitude greatest lower third. two corners mouth, upper lip philtrum area, cheeks side wings nose revealed highest displacements. Due high variability, analysis or must be viewed certain amount criticism.
