摘要: Recent insights into the neural circuits controlling energy balance and glucose homeostasis have rekindled hope for development of novel treatments obesity diabetes. However, many therapies contribute relatively modest beneficial gains with accompanying side effects, mechanisms action other interventions remain undefined.
