摘要: Abstract In this work, the biodiesel production from soybean oil catalyzed by lipase in a hydroxyl-functionalized ionic liquid (IL), N-methyl-N-propanolpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulphonyl)imide ([C1C3OHPyr]NTf2), was investigated. Compared with conventional solvents (n-hexane and tert-butanol) dialkyl-based ILs, use of [C1C3OHPyr]NTf2 as reaction medium significantly improved yield. The yield greatly affected dosages IL, water enzyme, time, temperature methanol/oil molar ratio. IL phase enzyme could be recycled washing acetone respectively at end reaction. catalytic performance recovered decreased due to blocking active sites impurities, nevertheless, high obtained for via prolonging time 2 h 6 h.
