摘要: Abstract Introduction An immature tooth with pulpal necrosis and apical periodontitis presents a unique challenge to the endodontist. Endodontic treatment options consist of apexification, barriers, or more recently, revascularization. The purpose this case series is report three cases that used revascularization protocol as described by Banchs Trope. Each presented its own special circumstances challenges. lessons learned from each provided guidance for predictable outcomes on subsequent cases. Methods Six teeth (in patients) were treated via using irrigants, triple antibiotic paste, coronal seal mineral trioxide aggregate composite. Results For follow-up, all six showed resolution periapical radiolucencies, whereas continued root development. Two displayed positive response vitality testing. Conclusions show technically challenging but effective modality periodontitis. Based series, following recommendations are made help the revascularization technique: (1) clinicians should consider use an anesthetic without vasoconstrictor when trying induce bleeding, (2) collagen matrix useful controlled placement MTA desired optimal level, (3) patients/parents be informed about potential staining, especially in anterior paste contains minocycline, (4) patient/parent compliance necessary multiple appointment plan may significant selection.
