Delphi: A Versatile Methodology for Conducting Qualitative Research

摘要: This article describes the Delphi method, how it is used, its underlying assumptions, strengths and limitations, potential benefits to higher education research, some key considerations in use. The authors illustrate method by discussing a recent national study develop set of management audit assessment criteria. Their focus on often overlooked unique aspects this versatile qualitative research methodology.
