摘要: Abstract The pollen morphology of some Pentaphragma Wall, species has been studied by light- and electron microscopy. To improve the rehydration dried material used, compound fixatives have applied. Intine-held vesicles fibrillar network in gaps spaces exine stain positively for protein. genus differs strongly from that Campanulaceae, shows distinctive characters its own. Hence a palynological point view it appears correct to place separate family.
