摘要: A [70]fullerene–benzodifuranone acceptor dyad synthesized by a Ag+-mediated coupling reaction was used to construct thin-film organic solar cell. The fullerene and the benzodifuranone dye in have close-lying LUMO levels range of 3.7–3.9 eV, so that energy transfer from can take place. p–n heterojunction photovoltaic device consisting tetrabenzoporphyrin showed weak but discernible contribution light absorption photocurrent under both positive negative effective bias. These results indicate moiety attached contributes light-harvesting transfer.
