Adenylate cyclase 7 regulated by miR-192 promotes ATRA-induced differentiation of acute promyelocytic leukemia cells

摘要: Adenylate cyclase 7 (AC7) has been reported to participate in various biological processes during cancer progression. However, the roles of AC7 all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA)-induced differentiation acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) cells are still unknown. In this study, firstly, our results showed that affected intracellular cAMP level and influenced ATRA-induced APL cells. Secondly, we revealed miR-192 could directly target expression knockdown promoted cell by regulating expression. Furthermore, found was lower patients with relapsed than newly diagnosed APL, while relatively higher APL. Taken together, show miR-192-mediated play important cells, might be new biomarkers therapeutic targets for
