摘要: This review focuses on new developments in [2 þ 2] cycloadditions leading to four-membered heterocycles (b-lactams, b-lactones, b-sultams, azetidines, etc.) which appeared between 1992 and 2011. A special attention is drawn the mechanistic aspects of reactions their consequences stereochemical outcome cycloaddition processes. Accordingly, subdivision sections reflects this point view: entries are related various reagents (ketenes, enolates, ynolates, isocyanates, with CQX bonds instead a list types heterocycles. The accent also put asymmetric catalysis, particular interest for enantioselective synthesis biologically active compounds or precursors.
