摘要: Alginate hydrogels are natural materials which can be used for biomedical purposes in order to trigger remineralization of damaged hard tissues. Mineralization alginate by using diverse protocols is extensively studied, with a goal obtaining biocomposite having improved mechanical properties. The majority the studies described literature focused on use form beads, while bulk has been more rarely studied. In this work, influence parameters, like phosphate concentration, type media (water, HEPES and TRIS buffer) pH (5.0, 7.4, 9.0), gelation mineralization (approx. 2 × 2 cm) was Hydrogels were produced semipermeable membranes. all experiments, calcium chloride solution added as mineralizing dissolved medium containing disodium phosphate, simultaneously triggered hydrogels. mineralized 5 days daily exchange solution.
