摘要: Tetraspanin CD151 is highly expressed in endothelial cells and regulates pathologic angiogenesis. However, the mechanism by which promotes vascular morphogenesis whether engages other functions are unclear. Here we report that required for maintaining capillary-like structures formed vitro integrity of cell-cell cell-matrix contacts vivo. In addition, permeability markedly enhanced absence CD151. As a global regulator adhesions, needed optimal various cell adhesion proteins. The loss elevates actin cytoskeletal traction up-regulating RhoA signaling diminishes cortical meshwork down-regulating Rac1 activity. inhibition or activation cAMP stabilizes CD151-silenced -null structure morphogenesis. Together, our data demonstrate maintains stability promoting especially adhesion, confining tension.
