摘要: Background: Electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) have been well documented. Evidence suggests that ECG changes and cardiac dysfunction worsen outcome. Determining which patients are at most risk is unclear but important to ascertain. Methods: We prospectively studied clinical markers, abnormalities, outcomes in 20 admitted within 48 hours of SAH. All had ECGs prior surgical clipping, during the clipping surgery, postoperative period. Results: The aneurysm was located anterior circulation 17 (85%) posterior 3 (15%).
