Inelastic neutron scattering study of YBa2Cu3O7-x

摘要: By inelastic neutron scattering on small single crystals of YBa2Cu3O7-x, the phonon dispersion curves were investigated up to frequencies v approximately=7 THz. The results used adjust force constants a lattice dynamical model. This model describes satisfactorily density states and specific heat this compound.
