摘要: Parturition is the process that starts with uterine contractions and cervical dilation, ends delivery of fetus placenta. It a procedure involves progression contractility from inactive to vigorously active, requires softening opening previously rigid closed cervix. These crucial steps are thought be regulated by coordinated changes in various systems, including interactions among humoral, neurogenic, immunologic control mechanisms. The means which myometrium cervix achieve conversion their final stages key understanding parturition. In past, many studies have demonstrated hormones, cytokines, prostaglandins (PGs), so forth, play important roles initation labor. More recently, nitric oxide has emerged as possible element control.
