摘要: Provision of care for children who have been taken from their families can be viewed as being a potentially unconvincing and fragile process in our black communities. Since 1994 the South African Government has increasingly adopted social agenda, channeling significant amount effort resources towards identifying vulnerable groups society, crafting legislation that would protect interests developing implementing programmes strategies to support them. The qualitative study assessed behavioural impact foster also origin Alice, Eastern Cape Province. open-ended questionnaires were used collect data 30 participants, gave voluntary consent. findings are today vulnerabilities children, youth, disabled still inextricably linked harsh apartheid-era aimed at subjugating Africans further exacerbated by systemic poverty inequality which continuous manifest itself along racial divide.
