摘要: Electronic-smart meters are increasingly installed in electricity networks of many countries. In several cases, their operation parallel with photovoltaic inverters and other power-electronic devices can result measurement errors reaching up to 45%. practice, this problem cannot be tackled by current standards due the gap standardization electromagnetic immunity emissions 2–150 kHz range. This paper provides a comprehensive review international national standards, guidelines, technical reports, papers on challenging electromagnetic-compatibility issue highlighting The ongoing activity establish both emission levels suitable testing procedures is described detail. Laboratory setups for smart grid-tie experimental results validate suitability proposed approaches presented.
