摘要: In this paper we analyse institutional conditions facilitating the transition towards a green economy by encouraging investment in enhancement of natural capital and social equity, focussing especially on government interventions. Presenting conceptual model how innovation generally occurs, depict system levels that can be influenced interventions to facilitate societal innovations economy. We hypothesize is about extending possibility frontier outwards greener while at same time limiting “action space” brown end; normative evaluation framework presented assess transitions correspondingly. elaborate emerging lessons for governance examining evidence from five selected European case studies, provide non-exhaustive list impacts intervention may have action spaces available different levels.
