摘要: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are an important cell population in the bone-marrow microenvironment and considered to be engaged mainly support of hematopoiesis. Recent work has shown that MSCs also have profound immunomodulatory function, both vitro vivo. Because can expanded rapidly numbers required for clinical application, several preclinical studies been performed areas immune diseases transplantation. In this review we discuss mechanisms underlying MSC's immunomodulating properties its potential applications.
