摘要: YAP and p73 proteins are key nodes of two distinct tumor suppressor pathways. The HIPPO pathway to which belongs is the most recent identified in cancer arena, while that p53 family including well studied characterized. Often response anticancer treatment, pathways can be triggered cross talk each other. This represented by growing experimental evidence linking Here we mainly focus on physical functional interaction between proteins, their role drug-induced apoptosis implications suppression.
