摘要: The invention relates to a method of further developing the measuring so-called neuromuscular transmission (or NMT), said being effected by stimulating with electric pulses given muscular nerve, e.g. ulnar nerve in arm patient, and corresponding block means EMG. In prior art NMT-measurings, stimulus artefact, caused stimulation induced directly electrically independently passing through may often distort results. According invention, this artefact is not tried be eliminated various gate solutions but, instead, it measured first effecting measurement actual measurements connection calibration control or reference value recording storing artefact. This followed monitoring changes values during junction comparing thus obtained value, only for securing reliability information but also preferably controlling state variations condition NMT-measuring instruments. By digitizing collected information, errors can mathematically utilizing data processing.
