摘要: Abstract Cytochrome c at a concentration of 5·10 −6 M in solutions low ionic strength pH 6.5 will complex with mitochondria, mitochondrial fragments, and microsomes, causing these particulate structures to aggregate. This effect can be reversed by the addition neutral salts medium, although reversal is not strictly function alone. ATP ADP are particularly effective physiological concentrations. cytochrome -induced aggregation reaction has been found have no significant on enzymic activities particles.
