摘要: ABSTRACT : The impact of polymorphism the diacylglycerol acyltransferase ( DGAT1 ), butyrophilin BTN1A1 oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor OLR1 and signal transducer activator transcription 1 STAT1 ) genes on milk production reproduction traits in 419 Czech Fleckvieh cows was examined using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism. loci were observed simultaneously to affect production, estimated breeding value traits, as well repro-duction parameters. Significant differences found also between genotypes relation traits. Similar findings pure dairy breeds suggest that heterogene -ous effects can be explained by different genetic backgrounds various breed populations selected achieve commercial goals. Thus, it is necessary determine variability influence a molecular marker specific population when considering its inclusion into programme.
