摘要: Managerial coaching has become increasingly popular despite limited empirical evidence of its impact on the individuals giving and receiving coaching, workplace overall. This article reviews literature definition practice managerial what looks like in terms skills behaviors, examines that currently exists. Models representing new current research gaps within are advanced, future implications explored.
