摘要: von Willebrand disease (vWD) is the most common inherited coagulation disorder. In addition, vWD can also be acquired later in life patients with no previous history of pathologic bleeding. result either a quantitative deficit or qualitative defect factor (vWF). Each patient’s classified based on type vWF. Dental and surgical management severity their disease, several systemic local treatments are available to allow for hemorrhage control.
