摘要: The influence of adrenals and gonads on the intrathymic production circulating level thymulin was evaluated in young adult mice. Adrenalectomy (Adx) gonadectomy (Cx) induce a temporary decrease serum level. One simultaneously notes, as compensatory phenomenon, an increase thymic content hormone-producing cells. levels after Adx Cx is at least partially due to appearance low m.w. thymulin-inhibitory molecules. fact that thymectomy prevents these inhibitors suggests effects could be explained by negative control sex hormones synthesis or activity produced controlled thymus.
