摘要: The first total synthesis of a chromodorolide diterpenoid is described. features bimolecular radical addition/cyclization/fragmentation cascade that unites butenolide and trans-hydrindane fragments while fashioning two C-C bonds stereoselectively forming three the ten contiguous stereocenters B.
