摘要: One of the most relevant characteristic face to psychotherapy is interaction between psychologists and patients in a clinical context. However, used recommend, as an important part treatment, some tasks be made patients� natural environment. This kind can implemented via computer or Internet. Clinical investigation this field shows number programs relating different psychological problems such anxiety, depression eating behaviour. Their results show that, apart from its relevance, these add one salient advantage: They could easier spread among population, has already been recognized by pub-lic health control agency. Altogether, it said that computerised online resources included future offered public systems.
