摘要: Grey value correlation is generally considered not to be applicable matching of images different modalities. In this paper we will demonstrate that, with a simple preprocessing step for the Computed Tomography (CT) images, grey can used Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) CT images. Two schemes are presented automated 3D MRI and neuroradiological Both involve in order determine transformation. both consists intensity mapping original image only. It shown that results insensitive considerable changes parameters mapping. Whichever chosen, method robust accurate. Results, compared skin marker-based technique, brain Additionally, an entirely new application: cervical spine.
