摘要: Hybrid analytical instrumentation constructed around mass spectrometry (MS) is becoming the preferred technique for addressing many grand challenges in science and medicine. From omics sciences to drug discovery synthetic biology, multidimensional separations based on MS provide high peak capacity measurement throughput necessary obtain large-scale measurements used infer systems-level information. In this article, we describe configurations as technologies that are big data drivers review some new emerging strategies mining information from datasets. We discuss content can be obtained individual dimensions, well unique derived by comparing different levels of data. Finally, summarize visualization seek make highly dimensional datasets both accessible comprehensible.
