摘要: A picture image scanning and reproducing method capable of operating a processing unit at constant system clock even when the data transferring speed for digital signals obtained by an original or in recording is changed, as well suitable use practice above method. Signals can be processed throughput owing to provision frequency changing means respectively both input output sides unit. single each various circuits, where converted desired so operate corresponding circuit. Therefore, present invention has materialized simplification circuit structure reduction manufacturing cost.
