摘要: This paper maps out different research strands using thematic analysis on the literature pertaining to large companies’ efforts social sustainability in their supply chains. The data corpus for this is a broad sample of with articles from journals and employing methodologies. Each high-level themes identified at level high enough apply into not only but also economic or environmental sustainability. These eight – stakeholder pressure; governance; contingencies; practices; partnerships; barriers enablers; performance; optimisation performance improvement trade-off are then woven map.
