摘要: A voltage switch-over circuit, depending on a signal, delivers either first Vpp or second Vcc at its output, the being greater than Vcc. The said circuit consists of MOS transistor with one electrodes connected to and set two series-connected transistors their gates together so as create floating node common point between transistors, other electrode together, those respectively receiving signal reverse signal.
