摘要: A reliable and sensitive kit for the rapid detection of melamine (Mel) was developed. The is based on gold nanoparticle (Au NP) probe includes a standard colorimetric card. Au NPs were prepared by sodium borohydride reduction characterized transmission electron microscopy, which revealed particle sizes approximately 5 nm. performance in terms aggregation kinetics, cross-reactivity, anti-interference, sample pretreatment investigated. card then fabricated chromatic aberration series Mel-spiked milk reacts with nm NPs. working range 1-120 mg/L, its visibly more comparison As low as 1 mg/L Mel levels can be determined, assay taking only about 10 min, including pretreatment. stored year at room temperature. Samples also detected kit, yielding results close to those obtained high-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry. Thus, applicable qualitative semiquantitative field detection, well naked-eye screening without aid any instrumentation.
