摘要: The invention relates to the use of biocompatible superparamagnetic nanoparticles comprising an inorganic core and a coating including electrically charged polymer, having low tissue vascular adhesion, for as contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). aforementioned have novel pharmacokinetic relaxability T2* properties, with high potential vivo tumour perfusion strategies based on parameter T2*.
