摘要: The specification provides methods of obtaining a genetically modified plant which has increased production potential compared to control plant, the method comprising steps i) plurality plants at least one comprises in its genome heterologous polynucleotide, ii) identifying from relative and iii) selecting wherein polynucleotide transcriptional sequence operably linked nucleic acid encodes an agent that modifies endogenous starch phosphorylation and/or degradation plant. In some embodiments, glycosylase or digestibility specific is by modifying expression activity more enzymes selected group consisting α-amylase (EC 3.2.1.1), β-amylase 3.2.1.2), glucoamylase 3.2.1.3), phosphorylase (EC2.4.1.1), 3.1.33), sucrase-isomaltase 3.2.10), amylomaltase 2.4.1.25), maltase 3.2.1.20), isoamylase, α-glucan, water dikinase (GWD, EC 2.7.9.4).
