摘要: Hemopoietic stem cells were collected from blood by means of continuous-flow centrifugation. The therapeutic use large quantities autologous requires a suitable, reliable and easily practicable cryopreservation technique which prevents loss cell number viability. This paper describes closed plastic bag system consisting one part for the collection freezing blood-derived mononuclear (MNC), among them granulocyte/macrophage progenitor (CFUc), second thawing cryopreserved washing free DMSO before transfusion to patient. In series 20 leukaphereses, average MNC CFUc was about 11 x 10(9) 8 10(5) respectively. recovery rate leukapheresis derived after cryopreservation, thawing, demonstrated be 90 per cent better. Sequential leukaphereses in same donor showed little effect on red white concentration. However, there significant decrease donor's platelet concentration prior third leukapheresis.
