A new strategy for polybenzoxazine-montmorillonite nanocomposites synthesis

摘要: Abstract New polyether substituted benzoxazine monomers were synthesized starting from bisphenol A and p-Cresole as phenolic component various polyetheramines. The chemical structures proved by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 15N-NMR gel permeation chromatography (GPC). new benzoxazines mixed with classical based on benzylamine (BA-BZA) reinforced modified montmorillonite to give nanocomposites which characterized transmission electron microscopy (TEM). structure of the nanocomposite is exfoliated only when a high compatibility ensured between comonomers montmorillonite, this being case for same chain that modifier agent montmorillonite.
