摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to study how the expression “integrated management systems” interpreted in literature, what it means have an integrated system (IMS) and results are. Design/methodology/approach A literature review was conducted based on Scopus using search term “Integrated Management Systems.” In chosen articles, effects integration, scope, level extent integration if approach inside-out or outside-in, been analyzed. Findings Most articles IMS conclude that beneficial regarding cost saving, operational benefits improved customer satisfaction. The general describes with focus integrating existing standards. scope covers typically systems for quality, environment occupational health safety.
