摘要: Abstract In vitamin B 6 deficiency there is an increase in the activity of pyridoxal phosphate dependent enzyme ornithine decarboxylase. rat liver: apoenzyme and holoenzyme increased 1.6 4 fold respectively. Concomitantly, putrescine spermidine concentrations were halved. The lack correspondence between product concentration enzymic suggests a control mechanism other than decarboxylase activity.
