摘要: Abstract Protein profiles of leaves in four maize inbred lines with different disease resistance to pathogen Curvularia lunata (Wakker) Boed were studied by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) and mass spectrometry. Proteins extracted from the fourth leaf seedlings 24 h after fungal inoculation, fractionated polyethylene glycol precipitate most abundant protein, Rubisco, before gel separation. 2-DE showed that total numbers protein spots increased all inoculated C. CX-3 strain compared control. The changed abundance higher resistant than susceptible ones, which implied more sensitive ones infection. Among proteins identified MALDI-TOF MS, germin-like GLP translation initiation factor eIF-5A supposed play important roles against
